Just a question to open some debate: Do not see a previous mention on this topic.
As a company listed on the NYSE [Telkom SA Ltd. (TKG)] should not all their financial statements be made public ? This includes the costs of stuff like the SAT3, etc, etc.
As far as I know, and I am a geek, not a lawyer / accountant: This is then a publically listed company and in as much needs to publish all statements relevant to any investors.
[Sorry: Should probably be in Consumerism & Telecoms Liberalisation]
