Finding a good internet provider

Hi everyone this is my first post and not sure if im posting this in the right place. I stay in parklands cape town and have been strugling with finding a wireless internet provider, iv looked at amobia but have read alot of bad reviews and some of the other companys iv looked at just have terrible service and cant even respond to my queries, who do you guys suggest, or have good experice with, basically im looking for a 2mb line uncapped, unshaped, and unthrottled if possible, il be using it for mainly browsing and streaming from netflix and youtube
