FireFox not loading images fully...

I've noticed the past few days that on some websites the images only load halfway or so and sometimes not load at all. I uploaded a oic to imageshack and when I tried to load it in FF just the top part of it loaded. Is anyone having similar probs with FF?

edit. It seems like international sites are not loading properly. Local seems fine. I'm on dialup btw..

I'm still having the same problem...sites like digg only load the text and the text doesn't look right. I have to feresh it a few time times to get it to load properly. Anybody can help?
