Fitness:- What do you do when you feel like there's no go-go in your mojo?

What do you do when you start a workout, head out on a run or start a paddle (canoe or kayak) and you just have no power in your body?

You are fit and healthy but every now and then you get a session that's not out of the norm in any way but you just cant seem to get going or feel weak and lethargic. Do you push through it or give up and go drink beer?

It depends what my H/R monitor says, if i am idling high, i usually find something a little less active to do. If not, i force it through (usually find a more upbeat song on the ipod)...

I chillax. It will pass. But, if it continues, a long walk normally gets things going again.
