Fixed internet peak and off peak

After using up my allocated data I topped up a few days ago. I notice my off peak stays at 4GB and only my top up is reducing as per the stats on the Afrihost web.

Can someone please indicate why is this so.

Yes I do know what hours Rain use as peak and off peak.

Rain peak hours are between 6pm – 11pm and off-peak between 11pm and 6pm the following day?
