FlySafair launches Mauritius route

Low-cost carrier FlySafair’s inaugural flight from Johannesburg to Mauritius landed on 8 March 2022.

Initially set to begin operating on 11 December 2021, the opening of FlySafair’s route to Mauritius was delayed following South African scientists’ discovery of the omicron variant.

It’s costs about the same to go to Thailand or Indonesia.

Article did not give a flight review. What was the food like? Are they using the same Boeings as their domestic flights?
When I think of FlySaFair I think of budget flying. Am I correct in assuming that for Mauritius you get checked in luggage included?
