I agree, the interest rate received is negligible and FNB lends it back out at 10+%. We should be getting visibility of new eBucks rules in next few weeks (according to ?insider? iDOL :))

Well afaik the new rules came in on 1 July...?

New stuff coming October 14 - is that for private clients, or is that aligning the rest with PC?

Hoping we get visibility in early AUG14 so one can plan appropriately...

Am I the only one who can't find the option to add a savings pocket online, and link it to your cheque account? I know it's activated by default on newer accounts but I've had my cheque account for years now so it isn't activated.

Also how do you add the R5 roadside assist thing?

Yussus bro. That one had me going backwards and forwards. None of the consultants I spoke to knew how to do it. Eventually one of the ebucks call centre agents told me that the I already have it on my vehicle insurance which is via FNB but that it doesn't qualify for ebucks cause it's free of charge. I don't mind that but the amount of time I spent on hold.

:crying:

I had to do it via my premier banker and probably also could not find it online, though that is beginning of 2013 IIRC.
