FNB changes tune on 22seven
FNB the first SA bank to give 22seven the nod.
Exactly. Foresight fail.Lol, epic fail. How can you develop a product and then approach banks afterward, hoping they would give you access? Dumb @rses. Should have gone to the banks before creating this product. Could easily have been a lot of time and money wasted due to retardation.
FNB already had this read-only mode long ago in some form. I've been able to see my balance and transaction history of my Discovery Credit card on Discovery's website since I've got it in 2010. Worst thing that can happen if anything gets hacked is that your transaction history is going to be public. They can't steal money. I can't make transactions from the Discovery site, only view. It's read-only.Till the first hack and everything gets hacked it's just a matter of time. After 2020 I'd rather not saamvou again. thank you.

Sorry, dont seem to be ignorant, but is this a 22seven a good thing? Im not sure what it is and what its all about. I bank with FNB and I am a bit concerned now because it sounds as tho FNB are giving access to my banking details to a third party which I have not given consent to. What's going on? Can anyone shed some light?
