FNB and PAYPAL withdraw fiasco.

What a damn joke FNB and paypal are. Since last week their withdrawal from Paypal has not been working.
Before you can withdraw they ask for a profile update, but as soon as you receive the OTP to confirm, the system gives some E-37 error.
On Friday they said it will be fixed by today, today Paypal go oh sorry, maybe tomorrow, only after I emailed them a screenshot.
And then it still takes 7 days to get your funds, this is now bye bye to paypal from me.

I don't get the E-37 error, but I also can't withdraw because FNB just says I have 0 funds in my Paypal account when that is not the case.

Complete joke, removed all paypal options from payment gateways.

It's pathetic. I tried calling FNB's paypal call center and was on the phone for nearly two hours waiting for an operator before I gave up. Its the last time I'm using this service as well.

You can email SNIP for direct contact but the answer is oh well it doesn't work yet with their new website, they have a problem syncing all their systems, frikken joke.

Okay my issue magical fixed itself. I was able to withdraw.

What is the process for transferring funds from Paypal to Fnb?
I tried once and I was asked from an Customs import code, something I have no clue about.
I sold an item on eBay and wanted to withdraw the money back into SA
