So firstly I've already spoken to FNB so this is not to bad mouth them it's just a bit strange. I bought R10 airtime for someone using the app and all was fine. A few minutes later I get a message for a R30 purchase then for a R160 purchase and then for a R30 purchase again. The R160 was MTN and the two R30s were to the same number on Vodacom. The thing is I had purchased airtime for these numbers previously and on the app it gives you the option of last purchased. What I think happened was that the app purchased for these numbers but I can't figure out how. I had the phone with me and to purchase airtime you have go to the menu in the app select the amount and confirm your purchase. So I have no idea how this could happen. Any opinions?

there is a delay sometimes with FNB,
you sometimes depending on network speeds get SMS's LONG after you did the purchases,

its normal, best is to not trust those SMS's too much.....
best is to log in to FNB and see your balances from there

That's what I thought happened at first but when I checked my account I saw money was deducted and these people received the airtime again.

glitch? did you get the ref numbers on the SMS's?
Id start by logging a call with FNB app support, they usually answer quite quickly.....

fnbappsupport@fnb.co.za
Like I mentioned I've already spoken to them but they say it can't be a glitch because if it was it would all be the same time and they are 10 seconds and 3 minutes apart.
