FNB Card : Minimum Payment

I've got both my Discovery credit card and FNB credit card to take the minimum payment from my FNB cheque account at the end of the month. Usually I make the payment before the minimum payment comes off ... but this month it debited my cheque account and credited the credit cards on 2 May.

However, from then the payment hasn't reflected on my available balance on the card - although the card says 'THANK YOU - PAYMENT RECEIEVED' and the money has gone off my cheque account.

Is there a delay perhaps?
