Or alternatively you can just log onto your banking profile and view it, or read how it works on the ebucks website:
https://www.ebucks.com/web/eBucks/partners/FNB/fnbchequeaccounts.jsp

So can't really agree with your view.

Fair point - though a lot of the breakdown is still opaque. For instance, there's the clause that only over certain time period (typically a year) does some of it trigger. That doesn't apply to all of the criteria though. It IS confusing, at least to the degree that it sparked similar conversation in this thread.

On that particular point I can agree with you guys. It is pretty complicated that is for sure. But the info definately isn't hidden on purpose. I actually think that they are doing a much better job of trying to educate people on what they need to do to properly make use of it.

The Rewards rules are almost too complex for even them to manage, whenever I query my points with them they take weeks to get back to me and often they don't even bother. By then my question is no longer relevant because I can see how things turned out myself, but this takes about 2 months of waiting. Even with my so called 'Premier Banker' following things up for me I don't get much joy.

There are months where my points breakdown is missing, and they acknowledged it's a problem on their side because of the date that my credit card billing cycle ends :wtf: So I had to change my credit card billing cycle end date... Still have to see if that whole exercise rectifies the problem ...
