“Retail shopping used to be perceived as the domain of women, but men have definitely taken the lead in terms of online shopping,” said Labuschagne.

Graphic cards aren't cheap.

On average, women spend R384 every time they fill up their tanks, compared to men who spend R428 on each refill, the bank said.

“Retail shopping used to be perceived as the domain of women, but men have definitely taken the lead in terms of online shopping,” said Labuschagne. “This makes sense as online shopping is easy, safe and can be done from the comfort of your home.”

While credit card arrears levels are low, men are twice as likely to skip a payment when compared to women, the bank said.

So there you have it .... men are sensible and woman are sensitive ....

But can she re-sell her make-up after using it a few months at over 50% of its original value?

so wives dont ever take the husbands cards to go spending?

Was about to say just that. The reason why men's cards are used more is because the women are using them! :D
I don't know of a single married woman who actually utilizes her own credit card.

Derp. It obviously depends on how much money someone gets from their salary.

This "statistic" is meaningless.

It could mean women are more fuel-efficient drivers. (What is implied)

It could mean that women on average have cars with smaller tanks.

It could mean that men tend to drive cars with big tanks.

But what is most likely, is that women tend to fill up earlier than men when the tank gets low, as they do not want to be stranded with no petrol. They therefore spend less per trip to the garage but would go more often.
