Then it should definitely appear immediately. Not sure what those morons at the call centre are smoking.

Is this a personal or business profile? And is this an issue when logging in from a trusted device?

I get this too on both personal and business profiles. If you try login while you still have an active session in the browser you get a blank white page. You can get around it by trying to login for a third time, as this seems to fix it.

Well it appears they were correct, it took several hours for the money to show in my account.

Both? All my bank accounts including business cheque, personal cheque and credit card are all available from the same login. Its only an issue when I login via my web browser on either my PC or laptop. My "trusted device" is my cell phone :/ Which is frustrating, cause sometimes I wanna make payments and click the "Pay and clear" now option, but unless I do it from my phone I get a "you have reached your transaction limit" error :/

The problem is that they shouldn't be. Transfers between accounts on the same profile should be immediate, always. Sounds like a backend issue.

Hmmm, sounds like a few issues at play- permissions issue on one of the linked accounts could be one of them. Hard to tell unless I have some idea of the way your profile is setup.

The logging in issue is sort of normal, but it shouldn't perform in that way- it should log you out of your current session. But not being able to log in straight after logging out- sounds like a caching issue to me.

Have you logged a query for any of this before? If not, please log one, PM me the reference and I'll see what I can sort out for you.

Shouldn't behave that way- it should log you in while logging you out of your current session.
