The most disgusting service ive ever had when it comes to dealing with banks! Logged a simple reversal of funds with no response! failing to respond i logged it 3 more times. Conveniently responded once funds left fnb hands! only to say sorry its too late we cant help you! All banks are the same, no scratch that fnb is worse when it comes to only looking out for there corporate clients and large investors! Disgusting service when it came to my case " ********** 1" Its sad to think what will happen to normal low level customs with large credit card fraud amounts! You now force me more inconvenience as to go bank shopping after being a loyal customer! We pay huge bank fees to fight against credit card theft as a type of insurance for it yet where does that "insurance money" go? Certainly not to cover our money as a lower class of banker. It goes to there larger investors the ones they care about the ones that matter the most to them.
