I think that it is because your reward level has not yet been calculated on the main site. Try again after the 8th and I'm sure it will reflect correctly. Pretty poor implementation.

You need to be a platinum cheque account holder on reward level 5.
On gold you can only get up to reward level 4, which is 80% discount.
