Can't test that - I don't owe anyone.
I'll send you my details then you can do a test, transfer R100k over then we know it works.

With payment history , go to Home > Pay > History > Payments (or eWallet / Global Payment)
With the 3 month thing, you can still get statements - but I think the transactions cap out at 150.
My cheque account which I don't use much goes back to 01 August - but credit card is far less
You still can if you use a browser.
Alternatively you can download up to 12 months worth of statements (free of charge) from Account settings > Statements history tab
I've got "Older Recipients" going back to 2020 available on the website - iow 20 months ago.My use case is that I need to pay for some classes it's not every month, so I would just go to payment history find that payment and pay again. Impossible now. Have to enter payment details all over again. I could add them as a beneficiary, but prefer not to I like to keep beneficiarys to family members etc who I send money to or my accounts at other institutions.
Can't see why they would restrict this to only the current month on the new app and website, when previously you could access quite a bit.

Yup working now.Did you try what I said?
Can someone else please try to add a virtual card to their Tap to Pay? I just keep getting that error message.Jinne fokkit.
Accidentally removed a virtual card linked to Tap to Pay. So I add another virtual card & name it Tap2Pay and go set up Tap to Pay again. It lists all my cards (physical and virtual) but doesn't display the virtual card nicknames, so instead of selecting my Tap2Pay virtual card, I need to go back to the card section, remember the last digits of the virtual card then go back to Tap 2 Pay to select that card. Also **** know why it pre-selects every single card but anyway. Then this for 3 days in a row now...

With no easy way to report a fault other than calling a number.

FNB shanked me for R50 a statement today after they just decided to stop emailing them to me some time a year and a bit ago. F em.Alternatively you can download up to 12 months worth of statements (free of charge) from Account settings > Statements history tab
When you set up tap payments in the Fnb app you choose which card you want to link. I've got physical and virtual cards... the app needs to know which card a person wants to use. I basically can't set up tap payments on Fnb right now because it keeps spitting out that error message. What do you mean “add” to Tap to Pay?
The only thing I use is Apple Pay.
Thanks. Not using Apple pay tho, on Android device with just the FNB app so no third party wallet

Ok - I think on Apple the FNB app would be considered the third party walletThanks. Not using Apple pay tho, on Android device with just the FNB app so no third party wallet
Was working up until about a week ago. Accidently deleted the virtual card linked to my FNB tap to pay service and haven't been able to set it up again with a new card.If it’s android maybe try google pay. It’s probably your phone that is the problem.
