I honestly think the amateurish way they handle it that it is jobs for mates. Everyone gets a turn, and now a double turn at "officiating". I know they get paid nowhere close to footballers, but 70k -200k GBP is decent money!

My conscience would bother me too much though at every Friday morning ref zoom meeting where we decide to screw over a team and give no cards in the first half and then come back and hand out 6 so they can't say you're biased. Or not giving a nailed on penalty because you don't like the look of a certain player.
