They need to look at the penalty rule for handballs.

There was no way that 'hand' was held out deliberately.

agreed.....

however....apart from Del Bosque being an idiot....i looked at the spanish line up and i could not make a connection to who was on the pitch and the type of football they played. i could not understand what was happening and believe they should have played much better. They must be dealing with a crisis in soccer right now as im sure they must be questioning themselves right now....
