It is the Telkom ADSL POTS router,as sold by Telkom.I don't know any part numbers,but it has an ethernet port,data port,and 2 analog ports for phone/fax,etc.

Maybe you should not say that it is a Telom modem.
I am sure then you will have plenty of buyers.

In all fairness, the Telkom Router POTS does work fine... If you don't need the bells and whistles that is. Have you managed to sell it yet?
