Sadly, Cele the idiot forgets how many illegal immigrants commit crime and get away with it. This is not about "foreigners" but illegal immigrants, it has been said too many times that those that are here legally are not the issue.

Obviously, the South Africans will outnumber anyone in prison, it is South Africa after all.

Well, it is obvious that the foreigners aren't the problem. The problem lies with the illegals. But even then, you can't blame all of SA's problems (from crime to the public healthcare system) on the illegals.

Our problems are mainly linked to one thing: ANC (which Cele is a part of).

Issue with illegal immigrants is that it's difficult to trace them.

Go back to teaching and let someone with policing experience actually run the department. End cadre deployment...end the deployment of the inept.

Well no shyte twat-in-a-hat....

But I have an easy solution for you, just revoke all the criminals citizenship, then its only foreigners who commit crime.
Agree totally, then we can send them off to some island.

What are the fractions though? Not that you can determine them accurately given we don't know how many foreigners are here, but his comments lack that context. I personally also don't think foreigners commit most of the crime or even a large enough proportion.

"One of the reasons Texas keeps such fine-grained records on offenders is the federal government’s Secure Communities Program, which mandates sharing information on immigration status and is pitched as a way to deport criminals before they can commit more crimes in the United States.

While immigration is a top priority of federal law enforcement agencies, undocumented immigrants are far more likely to encounter local law enforcement officers than federal agents. Through Secure Communities, when local police book arrested suspects, their biometric information is compared to federal databases, giving U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement notice when a non-citizen is arrested. "

Can you say that about South Africa?
