Foreign parcel collection

Hi to all of you,

I've ordered items from Bang good, so the Post office send me a notification. On this page there was an email address i have to send my details to.

It's almost two weeks now and i'm still waiting for my parcel to arrive.Can someone please tell if the email address on the bottom of the page is a valid email address and if not then please give me an email address where i can send my details to. I tried to phone the numbers at the bottom of the page but no one pick up.

Please HELP!

did you get a tracking number ? if so check the tracking on the sapo website...

Hi,

I track my parcels and found it where i thought it was, at the Post Office. So, the tracking didn't do me any good. My next step was to google for it and found the following info. Tel numbers you can call if you have the same problem is, 021 5905728 or 021 5905670 and the email address you have to send your details to, customer.services@postoffice.co.za.
