http://www.algoafm.co.za/article.aspx?id=7559Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality Executive Mayor, Benson Fihla has expressed his disappointment and disgust at the acts of criminality that have been seen across the metro.
He says in a statement the attacks and looting of Somalian owned shops are criminal, cowardly, irresponsible and inexcusable.
Fihla says an alleged act of criminality by a Somalian national can never justify the looting and attack of innocent people.
He called upon law enforcement agencies to act strongly and without hesitation to bring to book those responsible for the chaos.
How am I supposed to smell what you mean?
I thought you meant with no customs check.
Anyway, I still call BS on this.
SARS requires proof of payment and proof of delivery on every import brought in through a container in SA.
And SARS is a whole different ballgame to the SAPS.
may I laugh?
I don't care what you do.
Provide proof or we will treat it as the smelly bulldust it is.
You're talking to someone who imports regularly, I know how the system works.
No doubt there is corruption, but not on the scale you are proposing.
Your posts here smell of exaggeration and desperation.
we also do import regularly.
we import more than 300 containers annually from Durban.
due to the corruption of Durban port, we sent them to nearby african countries and transported back to SA from north.
