By "stole" they mean they are selling it for nice cold hard cash. FCK the rest of the country.

... and this is exactly why Majuba power station's White Elephant ( the railroad) makes perfect sense to the criminals: The Majuba / Ermelo line will replace the trucks from Richard's Bay. Commissioning date: Indeterminate. Why doesn't de Ruyter suspend the PM, and order an investigation?
Even the Palmfort line was only used when a Carte Blanche film crew were present in December 2021, it was trucks every day as per the video.

Pay for all coal that enters the Eskom Delivery area. Anything less, doesnt get paid for and the supplier penalised.

That doesn't sound simple at all. How do you know its even coal?
 
You have someone at the plant that knows what he is doing and a manager who has not been paid off by the cartels. I suspect Eskom has neither.
or just have a train straight from the mine like how its been done for the last 100 years.
