It seems as if by now you have realised that your problem is bigger than Fortnite.
I do not have experience with ADHD kids, so won't try and comment on that, but the homeschooling idea has alarm bells going off. Who will be doing the teaching?
At this stage it sounds like he is being enabled in a way that may affect him later in life. The last thing you need is a 32 year old staying with you expecting that his internet is paid and his skins bought whilst mom cooks and cleans. If mom is doing the teaching for homeschooling this idea may just get even further ingrained.
Good luck, this won't be an easy conversation with your SO and she may not have the same perspective. Also consider how involved the other dad is and how often your son spends time with him allowing you and mom time away from him.
