Forum Notification - What is this and where do I read it?

This Notificiation popped up today when I logged in. (Reputation comment?!) With a picture of a white and red envelope. Clicked on it and it just takes me to my subscribed threads. Nothing else. What gives? Using IE 11.

It is safe to click on. Somebody like a post you made and gave you a reputation point for it.

You can also view it by going directly to your User Profile or Control Panel.

Clicked on it and it takes my to my list of subscribed threads with new posts. A long list at that. Nothing else. And doing that does not remove the flashing notification at the top. Also tried it in Chrome (desktop) and same result.

OCP gave you rep on a post at 15h19 yesterday.

Scroll down - your rep sub-menu is last on the page (User CP).
