The case is starting to look like the Vodaco/Makate matter, we are waiting for the courts to determine the amount but we all know Brian is going to appeal that anyway, all the way to the constitutional court.

The same courts we know and love, the same ones that are captured and not captured at the same time, depending on the outcome.

Not really as I think in the third world countries there is no consistency or coherent policy; it is essentially every man for himself. Some judges, prosecutors, policemen and even defence attorneys are good, honest and prinicpaled, others not so much. The SA ANC system now allows all of them to exist side by side making the overall justice system something of a bumbling lottery where some cases take place immediately and harshly, others drag on for decades with defendants on bail for trivial amounts (little to do with colour). Cryin' Brian may well have bought lots of "tickets".

2. The amounts paid to him, and for what, should be known to all parties as well.
3. 4 Years passed.

My conclusion would be
1. The EPPF is incompetent in determining the amount owned.
2. He's a POS criminal cadre.
