Fourways, Craigavon and Broadacres Fibre Break due to Road works

Hi there,

My provider (TITC) send me this message quite quickly after the breakdown. I appreciated to be informed and not to be left with no clue.

"Due to accidental damage during the Road works on Cedar rd and Witkoppen rd one of our core Fibre Cables has been severely damaged.

Our Team was alerted this afternoon of a Fibre Break that happened at the Road Construction site on Cedar rd and Witkoppen rd and our Field Technicians have been on site from 5pm to repair the damage. Unfortunately a large piece of duct and Cable has to be replaced due to the severe damage.

Our Technicians are working as hard as they can to get your Fibre Service restored as soon as possible.

Due to the severity of the break, we are expecting the Fibre to only be live again tomorrow afternoon. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Please know that we value you as a client, and we are doing everything we can to get your service restored as soon as possible."

Now let's hope it will come back soon...
