France: 20Mbps for 14.90 Euro

I don't know if anybody has posted this yet. I searched the forums and couldn't find anything.

French provider Neuf Telecom is offering a 20Mbps connection for 14.90 euro (R120 per month). From what I can see if I use Google translation tools the connection has no bandwidth restrictions and includes:

- Free installation
- Unlimited amount of e-mail addresses
- 100MB of webspace
- Discount telephone call rates
- and NO CONTRACTS.
