Free Email Service at R25 p/mnt ?

I just received my latest invoice, which is AGAIN wrong as usual.

Does anyone know what this "Vodacom Primary Email Service" is?
I never actually applied for any Vodacom email services [never will], yet i am now being charged for something , which the accompanying letter brags is free?

It is the original Vodacom email service which cost R29.00 incl VAT which has a 1 or 2 Gb mailbox I can't rememeber which. They have subsequently launched the 5Mb mailbox which is free.

Did you have a 500Mb or above bundle which you have cancelled? The email service was then free. Problem is when you cancel the bundle or downsize to below 500Mb they don't cancel the email service and start charging you for the email service which you don't want

Yes i have, thanks for that. They also didn't credit me for a bundle they didn't cancel when i asked but anyway. I guess it's another long day on the phone to Vodacom to sort this out.

Exactly what happened to me except I had a 2GB bundled loaded by someone at Vodacom which I needed to be cancelled - might as well log it on Hellopeter. I don't like using Consumer websites but after waiting about two month for a re-tariff I logged it on Hellopeter and was refunded the same day.

Done, yea i've had endless problems with this 2 month delay to receice credit/getting my bill fixed. It's thr 3rd time that something like this happened [always related to bundles and such] and everytime they say they'll do something "during the next billing run" , then after 2 months it doesnt happen [or they mess it up requiring another 2 months to fix the new mistake] and then you basically have to restart the entire case .

Worst is, Vodacom actually phones me back [amazingly] to tell me exactly how they will fix my bill "in 2 months" , and then for some mysterious reason they still get it wrong.
