My son joined the Gr8 class this year, and I let him use my cell in case of emergencies. he decided to visit a few websites and download 2 videos of 14+ MB each. regardless MTN has deducted over R40 from my airtime for this, and as the 1st consultant explains, if you download it costs' you airtime, the 2nd consultant explains that if you visit more than 1 site they start charging you from your airtime? To me data is data to do with as you please, if you have a 100MB of data and wish to open a 100 browsers and each is 1MB it's 100MB. So why does MTN have a Promo and not explain to their clients the T&C's of the promo as everybody is not Promo savvy!!!
