Free quote and invoice software

This is probably a subject that was discussed a hundred times before but as time changes new software are develop and launched.

I am looking for free software that I can use to do quote's, invoices and keep track of payments. Keeping track of serial numbers and stock would be a added bonus.

I have seen a few online (cloud) based solutions which might also be a option so if anyone have xperience with that input would be appreciated.

Online solutions: Bitrix24, Paypod and Waveapps.

Obviously the more customizable the software is and the more functions it's got the better. I do understand that the best software would be paid for but this is to get a business started

a while back when looking for billing software to replace what we were using. In the end we did a custom billing manager, but those two looked the best at the time...
