Come to evidence it is a technical question because it depends on how the evidence will be classed and presented in the court. The evidence is public, so I can't see it deemed as being tainted. Could there be more CCTV, and other material, to better establish the events which transpired, sure.

The identities weren't leaked by the police or the courts. People (and the media) will dig and report at their own discretion.

This case will be heard as normal.

As far as I know, identifying a suspect before the first appearance in court prejudices the case.

Dunno man. Just had a peek at his Twitter page. As far as I know, identifying a suspect before the first appearance in court prejudices the case.

It depends, there is Constitutional protection and those who leak particulars prior to court attendance may be charged, but as it stands those charged already had their bail proceedings. All is now public, irrespectively.
