Free subscription to The Entertainer is hugely popular – FNB

FNB has announced that over 60,000 of its customers have registered for The Entertainer in the two weeks since the bank partnered with the platform.

The Entertainer offers two-for-one discounts at a variety of venues, from restaurants and beauty salons to gyms and hotels, for the duration of 2019.

Free is always good but this rag, apart from one or two articles that will attract my attention, doesn't sound like my kind of thing, so I'd never pay for a subscription, unless I've had a few months to suss things out, then decide.

I didn't mind paying for an Entertainer sub as it takes 2 outings at most to claw-back the cost of the R400 sub in savings.

discounts aren't that great TBH, maybe if one is traveling a lot can one see a real difference.

another thing that worries me, when you sign up through FNB, you MUST use your real name, cant use a pseudonym.
also a oppertunity for marketing emails to be sent at a future point in time.
