Does such a thing exist? My parents live in the USA and want to watch DSTV, preferably for free as you already pay for DSTV. I see tunnelbear gives 500mb free per month and Opera has a vpn as well.

Is there a free vpn? Or;
Is there more vpn's like tunnelbear? I'm sure they don't mind switching when the cap runs out. Or;
How do I set up Opera to be a vpn in South Africa? Or;
If all else fails, a reasonably priced (5usd or less p/m) that works with no buffering.

Never tried anything like this before, usually the other way around.

They can try a VPN service, as long as the VPN provider has servers in SA to choose as your location....
Or else try DNS proxy service and select the SA DNS servers....
They usually have a week/month free trail, once they find one that's working they can pay a minimal fee per month, not sure if there are free ones available.

Unless you build a VPN server for them where they connect to and use your internet breakout as their internet breakout, placing their location in SA.

Will check them out. Any buffering issues for 1080p?
I think they have a 7 day free trial (no CC required). Try for a couple of days to test. I download torrents @ 100mbps so via die vpn, I cant imagine you would have buffering issues.
