Cell C has launched TRACE Mobile, a new prepaid tariff plan.

Firstly depending on where you live, this is worth it if ever you can ever get a proper connection on Cell C.

Secondly for a second device like a tablet this is pretty worth it .

Cell C is crap in both places I live at (EL and PE)... so I am off the list
