What about shows that were aimed at black people? I know this is a horrible example, but like the Cosby Show? I enjoyed it as a kid. Oh and then there was Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air. I did not enjoy that really but did watch it. I think back then shows had a certain demographic they aimed for. Minorities like black people and Latinos and gay people did not feature as much because the shows catered for the majority. It is understands. I can still enjoy a series, sitcom or movie with no gay characters in it. It is nice that I have gay characters featured now that I can somehow relate to, but it is not the main thing that makes a production enjoyable for me.

I see no reason why this apology was made.

Cosby and Fresh Prince ware families. Although, I guess they could’ve had inter-racial couples.

Come to think of it, why do they care so much about black people in tv shows.
They need more Indians.
