Would be great, will for sure help troubleshoot who's to blame.Would been great if FNOs had option to temporary bypass isp and to some tests to certain servers.

That's quite the ride! I've heard that MTS is a good option, and I'm already pushing my brother in that direction for their fibre line on Frogfoot's network.Mind the speed.

Im in heatherlands as well. Got mine installed August.I have been waiting more than 2 months (since 2 Dec 2019) for Afrihost and FF to install fibre to my home in Heatherlands. Is there a better option here in George ? ?MTS. I am fed up did not sign any contract yet, only received the router. What do you suggest ?

Thanks for your reply, will get the FRG number and contact AfriMan
The delay is usually not at the ISP (in this case Afrihost), but rather Frogfoot not getting to your installation due to a big backlog which has been exacerbated by the sales push in the area by Vox/Frogfoot.
Perhaps contacting @AfriMan as a last resort before you move to another ISP might be worth it. Hopefully he can do some magic.
Still off in Heatherlands :/Frogfoot down in atleast 3 neighbourhoods from 18:45 till present.
Still dead in George
