- Achieve sales/revenue targets
- Manage FTTH accounts from pre sales right through to post-sales
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions to optimize
- business growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Cold canvassing and cold calling to onboard new clients
- Actively marketing FTTH through social media and below the line advertising techniques.
- Meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
- Gaining, maintaining familiarity with and keeping up with changes in the Industry
- Ensure accurate formulation and coordination of proposals.
- Provide liaison between client and operational team to ensure successful implementation of solutions sold and to ensure overall client satisfaction.
- Effectively manage client relationships by doing follow up calls
- Effective co-ordination and escalation of matters to relevant business units.
- To assist your manager with constructive feedback in improving service delivery and product innovation.
- Provide regular and ongoing communication to your manager on relevant issues.
- Maintain accurate Pipedrive system and analytics/reporting
