Well after a full wash cycle, there can't be any harm in a tumble dry :D

Sorry - couldn't resist. If it still turns on, you can use it as a MP3 player?

Dry it in the microwave and then try turning it on...

I'm not kidding, the operating manual of my Motorola Z3 specifically states that you should NOT use a microwave oven to dry your phone when it was exposed to water. I $h1t you not!

My nokia went through a full was cycle too.

Basically i took it apart as much as i could and laid the peices out on newspaper.
From their i hair dried the k@k out of the pieces for a good hour.

Left it overnight and after putting it back together it worked perfectly for over a year until i sold it.

Try it. Nothing to lose.
