Is there any entrepreneurs out there who are looking for funding to start a business, and have had any luck? I want to know since I've been battling to find start-up financing for my business for the past two years and had no luck whatsoever. I'm talking about entrepreneurs without ANY kind of funding or collateral to start with.
The amazing thing is that there are supposedly a horde of organisations in South Africa who fund start-ups ... but I have yet to find just one who fund start-ups without expecting them to contribute. I mean really, If my business is in the seed stage, I obviously haven't got a blue dime to start with!
So, it would be nice to hear from those who managed to get funding without having to contribute in any way - it might just give me renewed energy to continue in my quest for funding, since I'm really at my wit's end!
