Funds disappearing from iTunes account?

In December upped my iTunes balance to around R156 Im a Apple music subscriber and in case i needed to purchase something over the holidays.

I see today I have R15 left, checked Purchase History and nothing has come off that can explain the money disappearance?

Clicked the report a problem button so will see what happens.

I went through the complete purchase history going back 2yrs and nothing can explain it.

Apple Music is R59 that shows up in the history.

Another odd thing is that its telling me Apple Music has expired yet its still working , says it expired on the 6th already yet I can still use the service.
