Some of you have already seen this special in the Hardware Bargains thread. Here it is, on MyBroadband, officially. :D

We're selling this one below cost, so take advantage while you can! There are only a certain number of these available at this price (not saying how many) and we have already got orders for 16 of these devices.

Like it says, brand new Galaxy Note 2, including R1200 airtime (split over 24 months) and free MTN Sim & Connection.

Phones are delivered directly to your door by MTN in 5 to 10 working days after the stock is available. The device is covered by a 2 year standard MTN warranty.

You can read more about this special and place your order on our website: https://bfore.co.za/products/cellphone-contracts/samsung-galaxy-note-n7100-2-283-info

If you have any questions, just shout.

Also, to answer questions about the stock availability and model of the Note 2 which you'll be getting, please see the following answers as provided by Richard Palmer, our CEO:

"Thank you all for your patience and understanding while we experience these delays in the release of the Galaxy Note 2. I know that you are all anxious to get your hands on this fantastic new product.

So here is the latest update (as confirmed by MTN):

1. The stock will be available for delivery from the 29th October 2012. I know some of you will ask why the MTN stores have it but we don’t? The answer is that we deal with a different channel to the MTN stores – MTN Corporate. Their allocation of the stock only kicks in from that week. Then why do we deal with MTN Corporate? Better prices – simple as that!! So hopefully you don’t mind waiting for the fantastic price we can offer.
2. The handsets we will be getting will be the White 32GB model. This is the only model that Samsung SA have brought into the country. This might change later but we can’t get any confirmation on when.
3. We can now place orders with MTN so please go ahead and complete your order when you are ready. What we are hoping is that by ordering now we get our stock released on the 29th. The delivery time should then only be a maximum of 3 to 5 days (depending on location)."

I hope that helps all of you who were in doubt. :)

You must be out of your mind to sign a 2 years contract with the worst provider there is. Note 2 or not Note 2 :D

Care to elaborate on why they're the worst provider there is?

P.S. At that price, you're getting that "2 year contract" for free. You're not obligated to use it. Getting the device itself is justification enough at that price. :)

Contract? There is no contract.

You get R1200 free mtn airtime split over 24 months. Thats 50mg a month, but its free. Hows that sighing a 2 year contract?

That price is awesome, if I had the cash I would definitely do it.

Has anyone dealt with BFore? Can anyone vouch for them as I haven't even heard of them before today.

Congrats on the great price. Though you should probably fix your VAT situation, since what you're currently doing is kinda illegal.

Well this is going to be kinda negative, but since you specifically asked:

Their voice network is really really crap. Half the time I can barely understand MTN-MTN calls. Sounds like Voip of dial-up. Coverage is exceedingly bad compared to Vodacom. e.g. Major business park next to major highway and I get zilch...no 3G, edge, GPRS, Voice...nothing. Only Vodacom emergency only calls.

I entered into the contract specifically so that I can communicate for business purposes and assumed service & coverage would be on par with Vodacam in Gauteng. Instead I find myself pacing around boardrooms looking for spots with passable voice coverage. Once the 2 year contract is over MTN can shove their crappy network where the sun doesn't shine. I can deal with expensive, but I def can't deal with expensive and useless.

Guys, prices include VAT. It's illegal to advertise prices exclusive of VAT, without specifically stating that it is exclusive of VAT. :)

We'll have a look at amending the website to make it more obvious, though.

I see this is the LTE model, thought they were not in the country yet.

Don't be tempted so that there are more left for the rest of us.

@Mike: I'm willing to take one for the team and settle for a white one :D

I was going to wait for the LTE one supposedly in two months, and it was just pointed out above that this IS the LTE model.
My 3 preferences (previously 2): Titanium Grey, 32GB and LTE. I suppose I could let one of the preferences slip considering storage and connectivity are much higher priority than colour.

*sigh*...

Got a brand new S3 if anyone wants it? :) :)

Just make 100% sure. I'm not so sure this is the LTE version. Not sure where the poster got that info. I think that the N7105 is the LTE version but this is the N7100....I think. Anyone else can feel free to correct me.

The advert on their website does 4G/LTE dude.
But if N7000 then ye, something not quite right.

No idea. I know Vodacoms Note 2's aren't currently LTE capable. Maybe the OP can try and clarify this for us?
