Galaxy Note 4 reboot issue

So I've had my GN4 for just over a year now. Two days ago it started acting up, rebooting at random while using the phone.

Ive checked a couple of sites for solutions and most say, firstly to check the battery. To the naked eye it appears to be fine. No lumps or bumps. So, before shelling out to have the phone booked in (which I'd rather avoid) , could it possibly be the battery? It's a much cheaper solution considering what places charge for repairs.

In short,

- the phone reboots at random, while being used. Appears to stay on while in idle mode.

- have done factory reset and SD card format twice since the issue raised its head. Cleared caches via boot menu. Problem persists.

- problem persists in Safe Mode

-reboots at random while used on charger also.

- firmware up to date

What do you guys propose?

From what I've seen a lot of people seem to have this issue with the Note4. Luckily mine has been behaving very good the past two years.

Something that did help solve the problem for a lot of people was unmounting the SDCard. Try that, maybe you are lucky.
