Maybe it's because I went from 2.3.4 to 4.0.3 wasn't a problem though everything I do is in cloud storage so install a few apps and everything is back.

I agree it is better, 12h3min on battery today have 68% left and my wifi was on for 90% of that time

I have seen about 50% better battery life coming from 2.3.5. still at 70% after 13 hours with 10 hours of 3g use and 3 of wifi and about 40 minutes of calls and a few emails.

As said earlier in this thread, its a leaked one. In other words, Samsung is still keeping it a little bit before release on the S2. But it works perfectly for me.

Not always, but most if not all should work on ICS by now, the devs just need to add support. There are some ICS apps that will not work on gingerbread though

Most apps have already started being updated to support ICS a while back, so I wouldn't worry too much about it.
