GALAXY S3 CANT CONECT TO INTERNET MTN !!!! PLS HELP

Hi guys

im a at my wits end with mtn so cald customer care !!!!!!! got my new galaxy s3 on friday but stil cant conect to the net . i think it has got somthing to do with the apn settings !!!!

pls help im a big dummy when it comes to this stuff

Are you using old sim card or did u get a new one. U need a new one, dont cut old one wont work.

if you tested internet on another device then the apn should be "internet"

Try 1555,much better than 808 on those kind of problems

Having a similiar issue. Can't get the internet to work. Can't get any of the apn settings that I have found online to save. Please help.

Delete the proxy and port numbers and try again.

I have an S3 on MTN. When I first got it I was using a cut sim card. Everything but mobile data worked. Buying a proper micro sim sorted it out.

hi guys
my dads been having an issue on his s3 also
sometimes it loses network connectivity - he cant receive or make calls 0 have to reboot the phone to get it to work?
and the mobile network sometimes turns off in standby?
im on mtn
had a normal sim - did a sim swap to normal.but then got the s3.so we cut the sim to micro sim now
could that be the issue? coz data and network works fine a lot of the time -
