Galaxy S4 accidental damage warranty for South Africa

My Galaxy S screen cost me (actually my insurance company) close to two grand to get fixed. Because the S4 has a higher resolution it would no doubt cost a lot more. This is actually a great idea. Well done Sammy. I now have a Sony Xperia Z which I am very happy with, tho.

FANTASTIC after sales value! My only concern has been seeing all the cracked screen S3's in the market and worrying my S4 would go the same way one day when I accidentally drop it!

I am blown away by this!! This is serious value! You are basically getting 3 lives for 1 price. Buy phone, accidentally thrown in pool, phone repaired for free. Drop repaired phone and destroy screen, have screen repaired for free! BARGAIN!!

The S4 must be a tough phone, able to withstand considerable abuse for Samsung to put their money where their mouth is.

They really pulled out all the stops in their latest promo too :

Now if you could only get this for the S3...

Samsung realized the S3's poor quality build and before we could ask questions they started wowing us with to new S4" The Big Distraction".. now with damage warranty .. Sneaky Samsung... very sneaky...

Umm sorry guys just would like to know What kind of screen does the S3 have?...Is it the same as S4?...

Samsung realized the S3's poor quality build
Maybe you perceive the build quality to be poor because of the materials used but my S3's build quality is top notch.

So its normal for S3 screens to crack left right and centre....

My S3 fell so many times already, sometimes totally coming apart as in cover one side and battery to the other side but never has the screen cracked. How do you guys manage to get the screens cracked?

At least you won't get the "liquid damage" excuse when you take in your phone for repairs. This lame excuse must be the worst kept secret of the industry to avoid warranty liabilities.
