Game/console collectors thread

The pic looks kak, my 3310 camera I suppose.

No more soldering in future, making it live a few more years:

Then, next up, to allow the GameCube on the network. Kinda feel ripped off at R550:

Going to play Phantasy Star Online oakes.

Just need the LAN board, expecting delivery Wednesday.

Too expensive to go the legit way:

Can't wait for this. No more worries should you need to replace the battery on old game carts for GB, GBC the save being deleted too.
Will upload a pic once I have this to show how I replaced batteries.

Got all my stuff...YESSSSS.

Bent the pins back and my GameCube has network.

Then:

I was also able to receive unobtainable items in Pokemon Gold/Silver/Crystal. I see this as part of Game collecting... 100% completing games.

Also also:

Above was done as to not lose a save file... change the battery while the game is running.

Now that I can save to PC, no need to rush while game is running.

Can finally play all games on original hardware:

I am fuming for Pokemon Stadium 2.

The AI cheats.

My one move should 1 hit KO. Ah no, it missed.

Then the AI, its next 2 moves crit.
My next move, ah it missed.

So now that I have a ED64Plus, let me cheat a full save file. Download it from the internet, upload the save file, game resets my save file.

Use Project64 and create a new save file, only to have the game reset the new save file.

I cant move on from this game collecting part.

Anyone here have a N64 gameshark?

Picked these two up not too long ago.
I went there to pick up a nice Sony Trinitron, primarily to use for my Laserdiscs. The guy happened to have some old video game related stuff as well. Those caught my eye, and I made a deal to pick those up also.

Does any of the 2 have codes loaded for Pokemon Stadium 2 and perhaps by extension Pokemon stadium 1?

I'll check a little later to be sure. I don't recall seeing it though when I initially fired them up.

Ja ne, rather be buying my physical stuff like post 1739.

The only worry is disc damage.

I wonder when I will lose access to this:
