I'm looking at the Logitech F310 for R282 at Rebeltech.

Does anybody know how good this is? Any problems etc. I'm looking for something cheap, but also good quality with all the buttons and dual analog sticks.

My alrternative is an xbox360 wired controller for R433 also at Rebeltech. But I don't know if I really need to spend more on it. The Logitech seems just fine for my needs, so it only really matters if there are problems with it, or if it supports less games etc. I also don't really need vibration.

Price really. I'm already overbudget on my new PC, and trying to cut costs. I know the xbox controller would probably better, but I don't think I should spend the extra unless the Logitech controller is truely flawed. From what I've seen about it online it seems like it's just fine. Plus the XInput/DirectInput switcher should mean that it would have just as much support or games as the xbox controller, right?

There u go :D

Nothing beats an xbox controller i tell ya

True. If you plan to play Dark Souls 2 on PC, you have to buy a Xbox 360 controller if you really care about preserving your sanity while playing the damned game.

I actually wrote a review this gamepad ages ago.

You can use an actual PS3 controller as well (if you have one), but the driver setup was a lot of schlep last time I tried it. The xbox wired controller works great except that I'm not a bit fan of its d-pad for fighting games.
It's a lot more difficult on it to pull off some moves than with e.g. the PS3 controller. I unfortunately don't have any input for you on the Logitech's though.

Just get the proper wired 360 controller. Will last long after the logitech has turned to dust.
