I've not had time to try find the thing, I was looking about 5 minutes before midnight, then the competition deadline arrived, too late now but maybe the secret code was 'LEKKER'?

OK I see why I missed it. Multitasking and running dual screen meant that the YouTube controls and status bar obscured the secret code when hovering the mouse over that window.
 
I somehow missed the competition, even though I was on MyBB daily in January.

Good luck to whoever entered!
